What kind of weather is necessary for the lessons? We, at de Kitesurfschool give kite surfing lessons between 8 and 22 knots of wind. This means between wind-force 3 and a high 6. If the wind conditions are not good then the lessons in Noordwijk/Katwijk do not go through. Bad wind conditions are winds from the east. If that is the case we go to the IJsselmeer. We only do this after first discussing it with our students.
